Shop and Service Technician (Buchanan, MI)

Responsible for servicing Lean Factory products and may require up to 25% travel to accomplish.  When not performing service, the technician will assist the Shop Floor Lead with all aspects of the job including fit and assemble components according to assembly blue prints, manuals, sketches and has the knowledge to construct, rebuild and repair machines and equipment, using hand tools and power tools.  They will also use hand tools and rivet guns to assemble and construct material handling dollies. The person filling this position performs various manual labor tasks including picking parts, packing parts, shipping parts, building skids, loading and unloading trucks using a hand cart and or fork lift, assembly, cutting aluminum and steel profiles, using a panel saw to cut various materials as well as drilling using a drill press.  Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.  


Regional Sales Manager (Field Sales – Location Flexible)

The role of Regional Sales Manager for Lean Factory America (LFA) will lead the selling effort in the territory for the company’s exclusive lines of complimentary products.  These primarily include Orgatex visual and material management tools, K. Hartwall carts and dollies, Movexx compact tuggers and push / pull assists, and Hovmand compact lifters.  The Regional Sales Manager, who reports to the Vice President, is required to adhere to all company guidelines, follow-up on all customer leads, respond to all sales channel issues in a timely fashion and to document all activities in the NetSuite Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.  Development and support of sales reps, both captive and 3rd party, as well as resellers and product principals will be provided upon request. This may include, but not be limited to, requests for quote, historical information, account strategy, samples and technical support. The position is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining existing accounts in the territory.  The Regional Sales Manager will regularly visit customers and/or the LFA offices, participate in sales meetings and trade shows, provide account updates and reports as necessary, and potential international travel to product principals.
